"Fiona has by far exceeded her role and job description. She has done a tremendous work in engaging with large numbers of users when designing and planning the SPM Next (Initiative Management) development. This has had a big impact of making both developers and product managers life easier. On top of the SPM work, she has fearlessly volunteered and with success taken on a lot of other tasks.
