What people have said about me :)
"Fiona has by far exceeded her role and job description. She has done a tremendous work in engaging with large numbers of users when designing and planning the SPM Next (Initiative Management) development. This has had a big impact of making both developers and product managers life easier. On top of the SPM work, she has fearlessly volunteered and with success taken on a lot of other tasks. She has worked with Summer Sievonians to create an open data dashboards and drives the Aalto software project (students love her). She has also been a great asset and help in designing the CO2 dashboards which might have been hard with only a small team. She has also been helping in creating the thinking behind Sievo Academy and hands on work like editing training videos. Fiona is the personification of the exceeding in everything she does. She does not cut corners or leave tasks to her colleagues but rather always goes one step beyond what is expected from her, even in tasks no one else wants to do like documenting findings and design. She is always eager to help and learn things, even outside her comfort zone. If you want something done well, Fiona is the right choice."

Head of Design, Sievo
"It's not easy to design a completely new product which needs to incorporate the legacy features with tons of new requirements, including a multitude of states and scenarios and hundreds of use cases; and it is not easy to do that while your biggest client ever is pushing the boundaries of your own architecture to the limits; and it is especially not easy to do that while your other hand is busy planning overly complex flows and tables to support the CBAM reports needs; and it is especially not easy to do that while your foreign colleague keeps on counting your 8 pixels and checking your accessibility standards.
Yet, despite all of that, Fiona manages not only to survive, but to strive and to constantly deliver high quality work that inspires her colleagues."
